Thank you everyone for all your help. Here is a picture of the lure I borrowed yesterday. I spent the good part of the evening playing with all the options, and there are a lot. I didn't know it would also come with all the calls. I'm really excited to see how it works.
I have a friend coming by this evening to start helping me hunt. I have had so many friends/acquaintances offer to help cull. My AR is en route to my local FFL location so I am looking forward to learning the latest weapon in my collection. I will post updates for y'all as I embark on my mission.

Damn sorry to hear about the dog. I was just mowing a 25 acre (overgrown, 8 feet! tall in places) field as a favor for a friend. Had my kids there playing while I mowed. Second day two coyotes showed up. They didn't go home.
Coyote skins make wonderful mittens and hats.
