Found this old battler at a an op-shop/thrift store yesterday. Looks like its really been through the wars (literally??). Its cardboard box seems to have survived a bit better than the plating on the handle and TTO knob.. so not bad for 70 odd years!

Also as you can maybe see in the photos its been dropped on three of its four corners and i was wondering if this is fixable.. ?? im scared to go at it with tools as im assuming the the metal is pretty brittle now given its age.... Anyone got any experience with this?

im gonna shave with it anyway bent/dangerous or not - il just have to get a 50 cal. styptic pencil!

I may be wrong, but I think that's a british aristocrat and a USA box.

I've successfully fix a few bent razors and I've also had to throw some away. If you use smooth grip pliers and try and bend it back gently, a little at a time you should be OK.

it says no.15 set on the end of the box ( but i just realised you cant see that!! ) can still make out the original price of 27/6 on the bottom of the box too.
