Single Ring Identification Please

Hey everyone! I cant see a date on the barrel like most people but i have 755811 on the comb, its a canadian single ring.

The barrel has what looks like CAII PAT MAR 7.05 GILLETTE.

Any help is appreciated, i think 1905, probs wrong.

It does sound like a Canadian Single Ring. I'm a bit confused, though, because the handle inscription that you mentioned is the date -- it should read, "CAN PAT MAR 7.05" with "GILLETTE" on a second line. That is, March 7, 1905 is the Canadian patent date.

It's definitely not a 1905 -- there wasn't a Canadian factory at that point. Also, the Canadian serials don't line up with the American ones. You can jump over into this thread where we're trying to sort the Canadian serials out. From your description of it and from the serial number, I would guess that yours was from the early to mid-1910s but that's really just a slightly educated shot in the dark at this point.

Sweet link Porter, I have it bookmarked...... I asked Ervargas if he wanted or needed help to include his Canadian SR, I see where you helped him how to put it in the Table but he hasnt yet.
