i used the aluminum foil, and bakingsoda trick along with hot water/vinager in my ultrasonic clean-then some polish. not sure of the year how do i tell on a single ring
Nice work! There should be a date code either on the portion of the razor's head with the open comb or on the barrel. What are the numbers/letter?

serial is hard to read but looks like N819397
N819397 would make it 1921
