Single Malt - online vendors for a USA friend

Hello Gents. I live in Australia and would like to give a friend of mine in MO a bottle of single malt. Likely Oban 14. Could anyone suggest (USA) online dealers that could assist? I tried contacting a local liquor store in St Louis/Ellsville but never heard back. Thank you for any and all recommendations.

I know DrinkupNY does what you are looking for becaues I found this statement:

"International customers who are purchasing gifts for friends and family in the US must pay through a "confirmed" PayPal account. We are not able to accept credit cards for international transactions."

Also be aware that an adult (over 21 years) must sign for delivery.

Binny's is a large liquor store chain here in the Chicago area. They have gigantic selection of beer. wine and spirits and even sell cigars. They also have small a small deli for cheeses. They offer some very top shelf items if you're interested in sending something to your friend. Prices are very good as well.
