Similar to Semogue 1305

Hello Gents! I've been using a Semogue 1305 for the past few months & I love it! I'm looking for another similar boar brush I can add to my rotation since I am exclusively using this brush and want to use it every other day so it can dry out before I use it again. Is there another fine Boar brush out there that is similar to the 1305 that I can also use? Any recommendations?

The 1800 is identical, without the fragile paint. It will be my next boar brush!!

Bignickel, I was looking at that brush and it is definitely on my radar! I've heard about Omega boars also but don't know which ones are the best......but I'm keeping the 1800 in mind....

The 1800 looks like an excellent brush and it is on the short list of boar brushes I'm eye-ing to upgrade over my 1520 (or I might just splurge on the SOC...ahhh, SBAD, good to see you again :001_rolle)

Breakdown of boar-grade bristles for Semogue can be found in this thread here

The bristles on the 1800 are not _exactly_ the same as the 1305 because the 1800 has some of the "75% extra" tips mixed in with the "90% premium" that the 1305 features exclusively. The only other difference is the painted handle on the 1305...if I'm reading the chart correctly, the loft and bore diameter are the same.

Well, if you want exactly the same type of hair ("Premium 90% Tops") but in a different handle, you can always get a Semogue 830
