Show off your stands!

I know there is a thread dedicated for dens, but I would like to see different types of stands/racks. (i.e.- metal, wood, plastic). I even want to see innovations for what YOU came up with. I am very hands on, and I am looking for ideas to make my own...

I like woodworking, so I used some scraps of Walnut and went for the "fluted column" look. Thick rubber feet keep it from sitting in splashes.

they look great. Fyi, the example is of a mop/broom holder someone (not me) ultilized as a brush hold. It's not the fanciest, but like everything in the navy, it serves it's purpose!!!

Most of my razors hang on wooden dowels. I use the nickel plated stand on my vanity counter top. I guess these are actually "den" pics

X- did you make the wire stands or purchase them?

Hah, they're just metal clothes hangers. I took a pair of cutters and snipped the long bottom portion off, then used a set of pliers to bend them up. 1.5 inch square bottom, 4 inches tall, and a 3 bend for the top neck. (I found that trying to make a circle with the wire ends out bad, just bend them in a square/rectangle. It works with much more ease).

I went the cheap route. Target for like $7.

Not ideal for the straight, but it works.
