I placed an order with VSHOD Australia, and they emailed me the next day explaining the item I ordered was out of stock for a couple weeks.
So they sent two similar items free of charge until they could send the original order!
Way above and beyond excellent service!

Well said Antero. I have used VSHOD for a number of years. Excellent customer service. Quick delivery after orders are placed. The merchandise it sells is not always readily available in Australia except at its shop. The shaving gear is consistently of high quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
