What is the BB13 discount out of curiosity?
You can't imagine how dangerous it is to be walking distance from the Truefitt & Hill shop in Chicago. It's small but has a great selection, and not just T&H products. Very helpful staff, too. Unlike the nearby Art of Shaving store, the folks at the T&H shop really know their stuff!

BB13 gives you a 12% discount. You get free UPS shipping for orders over $99. I had a decent review at my job and a small bonus...and I was able to convince SWMBO that I REALLY needed some 1805 and Trafalgar A/S's and creams. I agree with you Nick. I've traded several emails with Todd Fisher over the last year or two. He always responds quickly and provides good info. I haven't made it to Chicago to visit their store yet but I have a feeling it'd put a considerable dent in my wallet.
I have said this before and I will say it again. Truefitt & Hill have set themselves up as the premiere British male grooming line in North America. I rarely use shave creams anymore but I always thought theirs was the best of the 3Ts. While theirshave soaps are a bit lacking for me what Ilike about T&H is when you call or email you will get a response. I have emailed all the other major Brit houses and either received no response or it took weeks. While the others were scrambling to play catch up T&H was the only one ready with reliable NA distribution. They were ready for the expanding American market while the others didn't know it existed til their retailers were swamped with orders. And talk about listening to their consumers. A few years ago they took rose and another shave creamscent out of U S. distribution. Along with the a/s splashes. The customer requests came in and they listened and brought them back. Most of the old British houses pay no attention to consumer reqests let alone act upon them. T&H is okay by me.

They are really helpful. When I ordered a sample pack of creams early in my DE days, I saw that they'd be shipping from near my home. When I called, they said I could stop by the warehouse/shipping facility and pick it up.
