Please note Your Mileage May Vary (YMMV)
For starters a little about my known good shaves so you can link your face / blade linking to your mileage:
Derby's are O.K, I will usually use them first as a baseline in any new razor that I buy. I have found that the Astra SP's are a great blade, and they are my go-to blade in most cases, giving me a good to DFS in 2 passes. My face is made of steel, even as a beginner with poor technique I didn't have a lot of burn.
Now on to the review: My Razor of choice Flare Tip SS (Dont' have the date code on hand)
BIC (In the yellow pack): AWFUL, I tried this blade for 3 shaves. Fist shave was bad, 2nd shave, I swore that I had used it more than once because by the time I was done it felt dull. I immediately got rid of the blade. The next shave I tossed in a new BIC blade, and felt the same way, these blades made my face very angry, and I got several nicks.
Sharp (Green Pack): LOVED 'EM. Very smooth shaves, they did a great job on my "butt chin" (which is my most troubled area of my shave). 2 passes got me a nice shave, and I had 0 irritation, they were very forgiving because I know that I had scraped a few areas with a poor angle. My splash of water revealed some irritation, but I never noticed on my face after the shave. I am going to need to compare these with the Astra SP's as they are very close if not better. 2 shave with no issues
Wilkinson Sword (White Label): I'll preface with it's been awhile since I've used these so this may not be 100% accurate. I get an ok (not good or great or nice) shave with these in 2 passes. Although, I can only stand 2 passes with this blade, I end up cutting my face up, and burning it. These may be better in a low aggression razor though.
As always YMMV.
