Either West Coast Shaving (westcoastshaving.com) or Vintage Blades (vintagebladesllc.com). I go with vintage all things being equal because shipping from MD to VA means I can order at 4:00 on Monday and have the product on Tuesday using standard shipping, but west coast is really good with a large variety of soaps and blades and very fair shipping rates.
Bullgoose Shaving (http://www.bullgooseshaving.net) and Shoe Box Shave Shop (http://www.shoeboxshaveshop.com), along with West Coast I have personally ordered from. They are all superb vendors.
I recently placed my first order with Shave A Buck (http://www.shaveabuck.com). It hasn't arrived yet, so I can't yet say much about them.

I've had good results with West Coast Shaving, and Best Grooming Tools. 
dutch shaving shop i use for everything, great bloke to deal with as well
WCS, Vintage Blades and The Dutch Shaving Shop (for the hard to find stuff).
