I use first class mail or flat rate priority mail.

Its $13 for priority, ~$2-5 for first class. Its just annoying filling out the customs.

Yes. The limit is weight. Razors are light so they will almost always be able to be shipped first class.

You have to tell them the value, address, your address, quantity, what it is, sign it, tell the postal worker your not shipping anything dangerous, etc etc. More of a hassle than a financial concern.

Be sure to tell them you are shipping "shaving supplies". Telling them there is a "RAZOR" inside will get them all jumpy.....

Your best bet is to research the restrictions and shipping options on the USPS website, assuming you're using the USPS.

I'm not sure what you mean by "harder". You will have to complete a customs form, so it is just a bit more work.

Can't really help as I'm down under but usually it's fairly easy. Custom form and I don't think I ever had any problems shipping this.

Your post office will have the custom form.

very easy to ship via usps and firt class is available for something like up to 4lb and fairly inexpensive. find the exact rate at usps.com
