Shiboridashi

This is my my first experiment with Shiboridashi. I knew that Tea Goober was unto something really interesting when I first saw Petr Novak's interpretation of Shiboridashi on his blog. It arrived by snail mail to Canada after two and a half weeks together with a sample of Himalayan Jun-Chiabari that Bret kindly shared. What a fantastic combination! At least something is going my way today.
 
The Jun Chiabari really is a great tea. Cocoa, malty, citrus, honey and the slightest trace of rosemary in the aroma. Glad you got your shiboradashi and are enjoying it.
