My wife works at Sephora and often gets men that go in for skin stuff. Well yesterday a gentleman approached her and asked for help with ingrown hair treatment. Usually she would recommend this skin cream, but now she has a different approach. She convinced him to buy a tub of AOS Sandalwood and told him to go to Crabtree and Evelyn for a badger brush. Also explained to him that a straight razor or safety razor and proper technique could get rid of the ingrowns for good! (She also warned him of the possible obsession he would then develop with shaving products.)
She's paying attention!

I'm surprised they don't sell the Art of Shaving kit. The 4 elements of a good shave thing, comes with a brush, creme, pre-shave, and aftershave. They have it on sephora's website.

They do, but I think he didn't want to spend the money on it.
gotcha, don't blame him. But the creme is very good stuff!!

That's a sweet story. It's nice to hear that she's offering some solid advice to that guy. Hope he listened to her.
Very nice story! So true too. My skin is in so much better condition than it was before I started wet shaving.
