The Baili Razor is actually one I'm familiar with, and I've used when i first started DE shaving as my exclusive razor for 4 months.
it is as mild as it could be (and i pair it with a Nacet or a Feather) and it is very beginner friendly ( i don't think i cut myself badly ever,just small cuts and nicks).
it is completely plastic (the seller linked above has stainless steel in the title,yeah no that's a lie
I've read some basic online reviews about nanjie on Amazon, some said it was serviceable but outrageous in price ($20ish). While i got it the two Bailis all three for $5 shipped so my expectations are somewhat lower
