I have to give mad props to John at ShavingEssentials.biz for his awesome customer service. I had ordered a soap that seemed to have been defective. I scrubbed and scrubbed, and lathered several times for a couple of days to get it to release its odor and it didn't, so he offered to send me a replacement in a bowl! That is first rate service and I am looking forward to being a regular customer of his.
Now, I'm just waiting for it to arrive, oh the agony of waiting, lol.
