Rudy Vey also does handles in Wood, acrylic, horn as well. He has done several for me and does great work. He has his stuff listed in the vendor corner.
As soon as Rudy Vey has recovered enough from his shoulder surgery, he's going to be the person who's going to turn me the brush handle I'm looking for. Once this is done the handle begin a journey to the Orient for a unique transformative process I will share as it proceeds. Rudy is considered a real craftsman so I look forward to working with him on developing this unusual brush.
Just received the handle. Will try to get some photos posted before beginning the transformation, but great workmanship from Mr. Vey! Rudy knows how to turn works of art that can be used for applying shaving lather -- or simply admiring on the shelf in the den.
Here's Rudy's workmanship in a relatively unfinished state, since this handle is now going to the far east for the beginning of its transformation. But what a wonderful beginning. Thanks Rudy!
