First badger brush purchase inquiry

Okay, got two shaves in with the badger brush and so far no issues.

Okay, just had first shave with using the badger brush.. so far no sneezing. No rash, etc. Although not as soft as most of my synthetics, it was not uncomfortable at all. It did have some scritch, but nothing bad. I will say it was a unique feeling/experience compared to the synthetics.

A silvertip badger would be much smoother with no scritch.

Glad you’re enjoying your new brush thus far. I personally would have suggested a Simpson’s Colonel. I have and use one often. It’s fantastic for the price point.

If you ever want more backbone, the Semogue Owners Club 2-Band Finest in ash or cherry is a nice choice. Good quality brush for a fair price.

Sounds like your gap-with with you RE Branded Badger, one Tube "Throwbacks" call that brush a Best Buy, and Happiness is good thing.

I really enjoy my Simpson Berkeley. I feel that this little brush is reasonably priced and is a joy to use.

Yeah, it is a great design at only $50 on Best. The S1 at only $40 in Best is another good little workhorse, but the 46 has it beat on looks.
