ShaveSmith and/or Christopher?

I paid for a custom Damascus razor from ShaveSmith (Christopher) about two years ago and he has yet to produce the razor.

Please provide commentary about ShaveSmith (Christopher) as I don't know what to do. I am out about $1,500.

2 years is a bit of a liberty, I would send him a message, and tell him you will give him a month to produce the razor or refund you.

If you have tried contacting him and got no response, then you may as well write the loss off. He is either dead, or is a thief.

I've contacted him at least 15 times and his last reply was that he was going to provide a tracking number which was back in May.

Demand a refund. Sometimes you have to say it like it is, I can't imagine anyone who conducts business like this, even if his books are full and he has a waiting list no way should you be treated like this.

This is not a unique scenario, I've heard/read this story about that 'maker' before. Assuming you paid by CC, do a chargeback.

I reached out to him a few years ago about a project. He never responded but I never invested a penny with him. As mention earlier, if you used a credit card. Charge it back if its possible. You can also check the state business licence to see if he's still in operation. His media post on FB and Instagram seemed have ended in 2019.
