Semogue Excelsior Boar Brushes -A Back Room Find

While organizing our back room last weekend, I came across a stash of NOS Semogue Excelsior Boar brushes and thought you guys might be interested. Semogue stopped using the Excelsior label in 2019 if memory serves me correctly.

We have a fairly healthy supply of some models and less of others. One thing is certain though, when they are gone, they are gone for good.

Yes, these brushes are now in the Hereditas line. There has been some speculation in Facebook groups (and maybe here) that the hair is different but that is likely just a batch to batch deal (every batch of hair is slightly different).

That 1305 would make for a nice Shelf Queen if anything; Great Brush as are the 2000 and 620 pictured

I have several and have found them to be really good brushes.

I for one all convinced excelsior label brushes are superior to the current Hereditas label brushes!

I've had three models from both labels and the excelsior has slightly more density, better hair that is also less processed.
Overall just much nicer!
