Seiko SRP317

Looking to get a new dress watch and the idea of an automatic sounds interesting. My current watches are a Casio G-shock mudman and a Citizen Skyhawk blue angles.

Any idea here about the movement of this watch (and looks)? Good/bad/run away?

Seiko is generally very well regarded.

Personally I don't think something with a big distinct bezel looks very dressy, though. It seems like more of a sporty/dressy 'compromise' watch to me.

So true....Not a dress watch.
It is a very nice watch, but I think that price is pretty high. I suggest you go to AMAZON.com and look at dress or others...find
what you like, then google that model and find best deal. Remember the lowest price might not be the best price (crooks)...
