Schick Xtreme 3

I got a free Schick Xtreme 3 with comfort crap free from Sam's club as a sample.

Of course I have to give everything a shot, and I can't say no to free.

I will say that it shaved VERY well, maybe to close.

No irritation, at least not right away,

Only thing that bothered me is this stringy goop that seem to form when I pulled it away from my face.

Used proraso shave cream and witch hazel and Pinaud Clubman AS lotion.

Will let you know how the next day or so go.

Let me pull out my copy of Grey's Anatomy and check out a few things
In all actuality it's probably the snail slime in the comfort crap.

And i'm starting to redden three hours later.

the Snail slime stuff is a bit dangerus, its somewhat corrosive and in the long run it burns off skin layers, they use to sell it on TV infomertials for a while as a "home based skin peeling system" untill they got shotdown after some complaints,

as for the extreme 3, its a very good cartrige razor, it was my razor previous to changing to DE, and when used with the correct goop, it can give quite a decent shave, but still suffers from most cartrige problems, high price, little force control, the impulse to make it last another shave therefore damaing your face,

plus, same thing with all multiblade razors, only the first blade passes on lather, the others pass on raw skin,
