What's new

Savile Row

Can't find one anywhere :mad3:

Try sending an e-mail to [email protected] and inquire about the brushes. The website sucks and is probably one of the worst sites that I've seen to date. However, if you can get past the terrible website, the customer service is great and the brush is well worth the effort. Click on Savile Row shaving brushes --> Note 1. (wacky catch all page). Did I mention that the website sucks? :nonod: Send an e-mail and they will likely follow up with you soon and take care of you

Yep. The good news is Charles, the proprietor at QED, provides customer service at least as good as his website is bad. He'll take care of you.

+1

He also has the patience to put up with a bunch of stupid questions from people. Don't ask how I know

If you're ok with second hand brushes you can always post a WTB on the B/S/T. Seems like 3 or 4 Savile Row brushes sold within the past 7 days there.

YEA? I want to try one really bad. How do you go about requesting one of those through that part of the forum?
