I was wondering if anyone has bought any sample sized jars for soaps? I am looking to get the jars similar to the ones that trumpers uses for their samples. It looks to be a 1/8 oz jar, but if someone else has already looked/bought some of these i would like to know. Figure they would be good to have for PIF and friends to try out stuff I like.

Try a local Beauty Supply Store and save on shipping costs.
Find a Sephora store and ask for samples of creams and balms and then keep the tubs they give you. Or... Just find some cheap contact cases.
Loving that site. I'm about to order some tins to hold some of my pucks.
Love them, only site where you don't have to buy bulk for stuff like this.
Word of caution, I've used the tins for that purpose but after about 2-3 months rust starts to develop.
Good to know. Maybe I should try glass. I use tupperware style containers but I want something nicer but not as expensive as the wood containers.

They are made of acrylic and the tops screw on tightly. I've gone through two boxes without issue.
The biggest plus for me is that they are available locally.

I've recently been buying mine from Hobby Lobby. They have plastic screw top containers that can hold anything from 1/8 oz to 4-5oz's and they run about $.77/piece.

Walmart has these. They are about $1,00 for 2 in the travel section. I have the blue ones. Great for travel or large sample size.
