I know there are companies out there that sell cases and sheaths for safety razors, but i'm on the lookout for a pocket sheath only (for my travel tech), like the one merkur sells with its travel razor. any ideas if merkur sells this as a stand-alone item or do I have to buy it as a travel set?

eBarbershop has one in its razor section. Talks to Gillette, Schick and Personna; no specific mention of any others, but you could ask. I googled razor sheaths last night when I first saw this post, because I thought that a sheath might be a good idea for travel. Saw just a few; you might google and see what you find. I wasn't looking for a Merkur so don't recall anything specific to that brand. Regards, John
