Rusting razors

Hello, please share your information which stainless steel razors rust. As far as I know, WEBER and Pils do so. What about other? Titan, iKon, Traidere, Feather ? Thank You!

Welcome to B&B. I have had a Tradere for almost a year, never noticed any rust, and I always leave the blade in it.

I believe stainless is a blend of metals that "more or less" resist rusting under normal conditions. Some blends are better at that than others. My Feather razor has never shown any signs of rust but I did have a stainless Ruger pistol years ago that would show flecks of rust after a camping trip if the weather was poor.

I've heard of a few Weber razors rusting beyond salvage, but I don't think that is the norm. I could be wrong, though, as I don't own one as of yet.

I am thinking about Titan handle, which looks great, but it is from 303 steel, which is soft and not very rust proof. Any thoughts ?

I have a Weber and a Tradere, I've had both for several months and no rust. Both just get rinsed and a pat with a towel after use, although I do loosen the Tradere head a bit to help it dry.

stainless steel should not rust unless it comes in to contact with bleach or a product like that.
