And all my sources seemed to have dried up. Does anyone have a lead on a vendor I can try? My go-to for Iberian creams has always been Gifts & Care, but they don't list it now at all, not even as out of stock. Amazon, Ebay come up empty as well. I hope it hasn't been discontinued...

Gee, I thought Top Secret was the worst kept secret of Portuguese creams. Great stuff, I'm down to my last tube.
When I contacted Gifts & Care a few months ago I was told Top Secret is no longer available, it would be a shame if Cofianca has decided to discontinue this awesome cream.
I know it's not exactly the same, but what about Ach. Brito Lavanda or Mogno creams? O Melhor and Veleiro are some others.
It's classified. I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.
I purchased my tube in Porto in 2017. Great cream. I would 3017 it next, but if it has been discontinued....

Lavanda is my go-to cream, I have plenty in stock. My last tube of O Melhor separated into a lot of watery slop, so I'm leery of buying more. I haven't tried Mogno, will add that to my next order with G&C.
