That reminds me. I need to make up a batch of black sticky rice cooked in coconut milk with fresh ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and palm sugar.
Another one of those "I'm gonna pay for this but that's OK" dishes.
To make it even more nutritionally reprehensible I sometimes add a large dollop of creme fraiche on top.O.H.
