Review Shave Stick Soap

I recently saw an ad for a shave stick that I never saw before. It is made by a small company (husband & wife team) they take a lot of care in making it. The stick is Pacific Shaving Co. I used it for the second time today and it is fantastic. It makes a nice creamy lather and feels just great on my skin. I believe this stick is worth a try. I got mine on Amazon. It was only $12.00 for a 2.65 oz (75 grams) stick. As the label says, this produces an ultra-slick lather. It has a nice spearmint scent also.

I use their Nick Stick, but have never tried their soaps. I'll have to give them a try at some point. Spearmint? I wouldn't know whether to shave with or chew it!
If it smells like Wrigley's Spearmint gum, I bet it has a nice smell!

It's not soap. It doesn't say soap on packaging because legally they can't.

Ingredients:
Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (Coconut-Derived), Propylene Glycol, Glycerin (Vegetable-Derived), Myristic Acid, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Stearic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Coconut Oil, Spearmint) Leaf Oil

Sodium C14-6 Olefin Sulfonate can make the skin and hair dry, so it is not recommended for the dry skin types.
Might want to look up Cocamidopropyl Betaine, too.

That's interesting. I have used it twice so far and it has not dried my skin at all. It just makes great lather. I think it's a good product.
