Just bought my third vintage DE razor and would like to have them all replated. Does anyone know of a good and reliable service in or around the New York City area that would replate these razors. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest sending the razors to a B&B member like Stan or Krona Kruiser for replating. That way, you get the benefit of their expertise and your razors receive a tune-up as well as the replating. This is especially valuable if any of your vintage razors are adjustables, since those guys can check the blade gaps and that sort of thing.

Another vote for Krona Kruiser.
KRONA is the Man, and he is pretty fast, as a matter of fact contact him ASAP he is doing a batch soon. I spoke to him yesterday and his prices are Awesome.
Also i had mine replated in the Diamond District in NY on 47th st Between 5th and 6th Ave, But it was more then Karona was charging
/ also they knew nothing about razors or knew how to tune them up, I would stick with Krona.
