I don't know why I feel I need to share this, but I'm hoping that maybe a shared story or two will lessen the sting I'm feeling right now.

I just paid too much for this razor. Sure, it's my birth-razor. And sure, it's in great condition... but $54 for an S-1, 1972 long-handled adjustable?

Sigh.

If any of y'all want to share a similar story, I'd sure appreciate it.

For what is a man, what has he got?

Don't sweat it man. If you like the razor thats all that matters. You could have bought cheaper but would it be near as nice? Long after the price is forgotten the product remains.....

When I tried to repin and rescale a straight razor, instead of getting the proper tool from the garage, I decided that is wasn't necessary (I was feeling a little lazy) and when ahead without it. I ended up aaccidentally cracking the scale.

Payed $45 for some Tabac EDT. I goes for around $20 on Amazon. I justify the sting by telling myself I supported a local business. It kind of helps.
