Razor ID help

I picked up couple of razors last week and need some help ID'ing two of them
first razor

Second

I could not find anything online regarding either of these razors any help would be appreciated

Can't see enough to tell anything, but I think the Silver Steel" stamp makes it English and that's good.

Your photos are too dark and you haven't listed what names are on the razors themselves.

Sorry but I can't help you. The first razor doesn't give much info about the maker. The Silver Steel logo is different but many blades had similar words. The second razor - Carneim - is completely foreign to me.
