RAD sets in on a noob

So the wife and i went combing local antique stores this weekend. Lots of fun when you have something to hunt for.

I found this travel tech in a really interesting case, razor is in excellent shape. I think it's a '67

This gold tech was an exciting find. Case and razor look like it's never been used. A little bit of corrosion on the handle, and a few scratches inside the head are the only thing that mar it. Anybody tell me how old it is?
