R.I.P. Dusty Hill

Just found out the little band from Texas just got smaller😢

Dusty Hill and his great music talent will be missed.

Cannot imagine ever taking a road trip and not having ZZ Top on the playlist!

That sucks. I was never a huge ZZTop fan when I was younger but I got to really like them my my 30s as my rock cover band HAD to play a few of their songs (La Grange, Cheap Sunglasses, Sharp Dressed Man…) at every gig.

Great stage presence with Gibbons as well.

I also got to see ZZ a few years back in a smaller venue. My guess is that this will be the end of their very long run. (Pours out a 12-year Glen-f).

Probably not Al Bundy
Great player in a great band. Was playing with Lightnin Hopkins when he tried out for ZZ Top. He will be missed.

Beat me to it, I just read in his obit where he played with the legendary Hopkins back in Houston in the late 1960s before the formation of ZZ Top. What a cool fun fact.

A talented musician from a great band, will definitely be putting some of their music in the que today.

Tres Hombres and Rio Grande Mud are my favorite ZZ Top albums.

Doesn't get much better than "Just got paid"

RIP Dusty Hill. Thank you for the music.

Rough Boy, gimme all your loving, sleeping bag... top songs in my Rock Playlist
