Question about Carbon Steel

I recently had my SR restored and I found out that its carbon steel by some rust that i just found under the pins and scales.. is it possible to get rid of this rust without sending it for a rehone and should i worry about the rust?

Use autosol or Maaspolish to remove what can with a rag then use a toothbrush and/or dental floss with the polish to remove what you can inside the pivot.
Its best to avoid getting anything but the blade wet when shaving. If water splashes dry as soon as possible.
