Proper care for a Wee Scot.

Bought the cute little bugger off the mall recently and used it the first time this morning (quite nice with some MWF). Question now is, how do you dry yours properly (hair down) after use? Knot/handle is too small to fit into a normal brush stand... No coffee yet this morning so sorry if I missed a similar thread.

Just sit it on the handle base. Evaporation and the capillary action of water will let it dry. Just keep it in a well ventilated area not in a cabinet or box. Out on your counter is the best place for good air circulation

How did you like it?
It was interesting, much different experience than the other brushes I have in my collection so far (my first, a Parker silvertip and a big 27mm boar from TGN) but i got plenty of lather for my 3 passes this morning. Gets around the beard I keep nicely. Precision instrument. Thanks.

Good to know, thanks. I did just that, turned it hair up and but it butt to butt with one of my other brushes hanging in the stand. I have acrylic brush stands stuck to the mirror over the sink and typically rotate through brushes. My brush care regimen is rinse thoroughly, shake, towel, hair down in stand for a day, turn hair up (indicator that it is next brush up)

I use one often and rinse in warm after use, gently squeeze all the the water out, shake it a few time, dry it with a towel and place it on its handle on the window seal to air dry. Works everytime.
