Awhile back, an awesome user whos name escapes me traded me a big huge puck of QED Sandalwood for my bit of QED Rose and gave me a sample of Polsilvers. These have got to be my favorite blades in the world but they haven't been made in a long time. Anyone know which blades are similar?

Expensive is such a relative term here, though!
I haven't tried Iridiums, but Polsilvers were awesome for me. I have a few left I'm keeping for posterity.
I do remember seeing "Polsilver Iridium" blades before the Polsilvers were discontinued. I think they evolved into them.

Yes, the first Super Iridiums I bought had Polsilver printed on the box as well.
I've also heard that Iridium Super are very similar with Polsilver blades.
Polsilvers can be found in Bulgaria.. That's what I've heard.
But you could order Iridiums. And they are not that expensive. Keep in mind that they last longer than most other blades. Try a pack

Last year my freind Eric sent me one pack polsilver (10 blades) i tried some of them and they are really comfortable blades. Than i bought some iridiums from UK based seller i see that they are really similar blades.. Both of them has wizamet logo and near same shave quality..
Recently i heard that polsilver blades available in Bulgarian Stores but i talked one forum member from there and he searched polsilver in Bulgaria but not succesfull.. So if anyone see the polsilver supplier somewhere else please share it with us.

I had mine sent by a friend in Warsaw. He bought them in a local supermarket.
That information is correct. Polsilvers and Iridiums all over the place, 1 euro per 10 pack or similarly inconsequential pricing. They are nice blades.
Polsilvers are very good blades and were close in shaving ability to Super Iridiums when they were made in Poland.
Polsilver blades are very plentiful here, in Bulgaria, and they can be found quite cheap in many local stores

Can you get a picture of current Polsilvers for us?
The current Polsilver is at bottom on the pic (made in Sankt Petersburg, Russia)
The majority of mine were the top one. I had some dark brown ones as well, but I don't remember them having the stripe.
I still have about 20 Polsilvers stashed away... I don't see where to find the current production ones. Anyone sell them online?
I saw some on ebay but it was more than a year ago. I haven't seen any since.
