I will give your recipe a go this batch!Probably a few weeks I would think. They have never made it to a point where they were bad. Always get ate pretty quickly once they are “pickled”

Being a vinegar brine, they will last a very long time. Months and months. The eggs only get better as they sit.What’s your brine recipe and how long do they keep?
They are very good.Can't say I have ever tried a pickled egg before. Pickled pigs feet, yes. I'll pass on those.
That takes me back! Not done it, nor seen it done, for donkey’s years.The British pub way was to crush up a bag of crisps (chips to you lot over the pond) then drop your pickled egg in and eat it covered in crisp crumbs!
I usually make them with malt vinegar so they end up brown!
