They also show TAbac cologne for $12.79. This seems like an excellent price. I have never personally ordered from this company before, so I cannot vouch for them. But, I believe others have had good experiences with them.

Bandik--could you clarify your post? Are the other items out of stock? Will they send them to you later with/without additional shipping charges? Did you contact customer service? What response did they give you?

My first and last order from Perfumania.com:

1 Grey Flannel EdT - BOGO - buy one get one, right?

1 eau de Grey Flannel AS

so - I figure I'm gonna get three items, having paid for two....


what arrives:

1 Grey Flannel EdT - no bogo

1 Eau de Gray Flannel EDT - not after shave, as ordered

1 Bijan ASB - not ordered, not wanted...


So, I called their 866 number - after 30 minutes on hold on their customer "service" line - I spoke with a real live person who had great difficulty understanding what the problem was. She clarified that BOGO means to Perfumania, buy one, get one at half-price.... (I believe I was not offered the oppty to get one at 1/2 price, but no matter...) so I should have received the one GF I ordered.

the service rep did not know what to do about my receiving the edt rather than the AS - she'd report it;

re my extra item - that would have to be reported to another department, she'd have to consult her supervisor.

because these items are closeouts (?) they might not have what I ordered... so what did I want to do?


I gave up.

"May I keep what you sent me & we forget I ever called you?" I asked.

"Yes. Sorry for your inconvenience," the nice lady said.



I'm not going to order from them again. And now I already have set aside a couple of Christmas presents for someone!

Hello ! Yes , after waiting on the phone ~~ 25 min.---I spoke w. Customer Service .
I expressed my surprise-- that my order was changed ( shortened ) Without my knowledge//approval , and that I would Not have agreed-- IF asked-- for such a ' trimmed' ' version"--with ( still !! ) Full ( $20-) shipping . Customer service has expressed her regret,-and offered $ 10- rebate on shipping-- in 14-business days.....

From Now on,-- I shall only buy-- from " Fragrancex ".

Never received a confirmation email so i contacted customer service and was told my order didnt go through ( was partly my fault because i lost my confirmation number, did provide all my contact and payment info though). So i just ordered from a different site and didnt even give it a second thought until today when i recieved my shipping notification DOH!!!

Though i would throw out an update on my post since I just received my order from perfumaina.com today. My bottle of tabac cologne came in today, product was as described and well packed for shipping. The bottle doesn't seem to be old stock or anything like that, they also gave me a pretty good sized tube of bijan aftershave balm for free (smells great btw).

Im going to score perfumaina.com on a 0-5 scale-

-Customer service- 2.5/5
-Prices- 4/5
-Speed of shipping- 2/5
-Product packing for shipping- 4/5

I may order from them again if they have super cheap prices on an item im looking for. Wouldn't really recommend them if you are just going to be save a couple bucks. Also wouldn't order from them If you want your items fast, its going to take a little while.

Just thought i would post here to sorta redeem the site a tiny bit lol.Hope this helps anyone interested in ordering from them.
