Parker 51 vs Sailor 1911

Which pen in your opinion is better with an extra fine nib, the Parker 51 or the Sailor 1911?

I have not seen a 51 with an extra fine nib, but IMO, the Sailor fine is really a western very fine.

The 51 is a great pen, but the nibs aren't really "extra fine" ... maybe you can get one ground down.

The 1911 has a range of nib sizes available, right down to Saibi Togi, which is essentially an XXF that is so fine, it comes with a little tool to remove paper fibres from the nib.
