Having tried Cella and loving it, I want to get P-160 next. The dilemma is which one- Duro or Morbido? Are they both the same in scent and performance, only different in texture? Would getting both be an extravagance?

A kilogram of each would probably be extravagant 
. I've only tried the duro and can tell you that it's not a hard soap. You can mold it into whatever container you choose. For a soft soap it seems to last pretty well. I'm pleased with it.

I slightly prefer the Morbido over the Duro.
But both are great, truly.
Too bad P.160 won't be produced anymore.
What do you mean? This is the first I've heard of this. If that's the case, I'm in for a couple of kilos.
Can any confirm this about P.160? Is it over soon?

My friend Joe (RazoRock), who is also a vendor, gave me this info time ago.
Unfortunately it seems confirmed here in Italy.
P.160 is already unavailable in Rome: all those specialized stores that did sell it, are "out of stock".

According to the information I got (directly from the company that makes P.160), they no longer make it. I don't have any knowledge whether or not they will start making it again in the future.

And not trusting the stories to be false, I have a kg on the way already................. shameless rumour monger that I am!
I looked into this a bit more on foreign shaving boards. There is a bit of speculation as to there being a temporary stoppage until September or total end of the P.160 product.
But...the same manufacturer, Biochimicaspa, has an new product line called Fitness. Fitness has shampoos, bath soap, face wash, etc. It also has a shaving soap that other shaving boards claim is identical to P.160.
