Our Shaving Den (Revisited)

Gilligan & I made some subtle changes to our shaving den and wanted to share some pictures with you. By the way, we keep our overflow brushes in our office and our extra razors under the sink in storage shelves. Also, we don't share our shaving den with my wife. And now, the pictures:

Nice. Uncluttered. Well organized.

Looks like a very enjoyable place to spend a leisurely shave in.

My over flow is flowing over which is making clutter and an overall less nice place to shave

Great stuff, but not for me. If I had my gear that organized, I'd feel like I was in front of a Company formation when it was time to shave. I can see the Red Tip now, holding the Gillette guidon.

Not the relaxing vibe I need, but to each his own.

It would be kinda cool if I could get my razors to "pass in review", however.

Mendel, it looks great and very well organized! i had no idea you were using straights! How is that going?

Still testing straights. I received one in a PIF and another on loan. I don't want to break the bank on a new straight razor but would love to find a Wapienica.

It's O.K. to disagree agreeably. I simply hate clutter and disorganization. I feel there is no need to show the world all of my razors, soaps, brushes on a countertop. Less is more.

Don't get me wrong, Mendel, I'm even a little envious of your sterling organizational skills...although I think Gilligan may be behind some of it.

I console myself by thinking that without my Oscar Madison, the Felix Ungers of this world wouldn't look nearly as good by comparison.

Nope. Think Bond during his silly period.

You are right! Richard Kiel played "Jaws" in the Bond films whereas Ted Cassidy played Lurch. But didn't Richard Kiel (Jaws) ply in the original version of the The Longest Yard as one of Burt Reynold's inmate players?
