Otto Roth NEW copy?

I have a long comb NEW that says Otto Roth Inc on the bottom of the head.
It has the same patent number as a Gillette head and is other wise identical to a Gillette head.
Is this a rebranded Gillette?

there are many Gillette/Rotbart hybrid razors from this time. I´ve also Rotbart razors with Gillette Logo

Not re-branded, but co-branded. At the time these were made Otto Roth was a division of Gillette.
