open comb razor identification please

I dont think that is a Gillette...the handle doesnt look quite right (the ball is too small of a diameter, and the other end isnt flaired where it screws to the head)
The 'bullets' look too round and I'm not sure about those corner tabs on the cap.
Tough to tell with these pics but Im going to guess that its a made in England clone....I could be totally wrong though

NEAT BOXED RAZOR WHICH IS IN USED CONDITION, ID SAY IT DATES FROM THE 30'S AND 40'S AND WOULD BE PERFECT FOR ANY WW2 KITBAG. PERFECT FOR YOUR DISPLAY OF BRITISH/ALLIED WARTIME PERSONEL GEAR . That's the description on the bay sorry about caps as that is a copy and paste as I'm on my tab

I'm not familiar with British Gillettes, but it appears to be an Old Type w/ thick head. I have a US version in which the head appears identical.

I'm with Sled Dog on this one. I'm pretty sure that's not a Gillette at all. It looks like a clone to me.

That and a bunch of other small things -- handle is too thick compared to the ball, shape of the neck is off, guard plate isn't quite arched enough (probably why the cap is thicker), teeth on the comb are different, case and blade sleeve not like any Gillette I've seen but are like ones I've seen with clones -- all add up to "clone" to me.

That's my thoughts as the case looks wrong . When it arrives will post more details, however is it a good find ?
