I have had a Montblanc Meisterstuck sitting in my drawer for years. I cannot remember whether it was a ballpoint or rollerball (I had both at one time), and the refill was missing. So, I had it in my motorcycle jacket to bring to work and snap some good pics. Well, I sling my jacket on not thinking, and the pen lands on the ground. It busted the end cap (where you post the cap). Precious resin 0, concrete garage floor 1.

Yeah, maybe a MB person will wander along and give me some advice. Hell, if it can be fixed, I would let it go fairly cheap. I was going to snap pics of it to ask advice on pricing before putting in BST, anyway- it has been sitting in the desk for ages, doing nothing. I didn't bring it with me (I was too po'ed), but will snap a few tonight.

Ouch! I would bet that an authorized MB dealer can send it off to get it repaired for you. In the crypts under the mountaintop MB factory, they probably have bins filled with everything. But that isn't going to be cheap. Hopefully, one of our FP gurus will know of someone else. I don't know what else he works on but Mike Masuyama fixed a very badly damaged MB nib for me and saved me a bundle.

If I remember correctly a fix via MB is around $85. You'll have to send it in for a repair to their shop. I believe their USA headquarters is either in Dallas or Houston.
