I don't know what this site is doing to me!
Only a couple days in this sub-forum and I've already bought myself a Pilot Metro Fountain Pen (Plain), Fisher Bullet Space Pen (Brushed Chrome), and Uni Kuru Toga Roulette Mechanical Pencil (Metallic Black). The fountain because I would be nice to have a nice first FP around to mess around with, the fisher to carry around when I'm out, and the Kuru Toga for university classes. B&B is really stretching my budget!

Well I haven't received any of them yet. I have to wait about 2 weeks to get it all (probably 3 weeks for the Kuru Toga since it is coming from asia)
Andrew98 was kind enough to sell me the Metro and said he would include some extra ink/vials that he has laying around. So we'll see how that goes when it arrives!

awesome, hope you are as excited using them as you are waiting for them, though it is not very often someone who becomes interested is let down by the whole fountain pen thing so I wouldnt worry about that im sure you will love it

cant wait to see your hauls when they come in and see how you like the different inks

I pulled it out in class the other day and made some friends who thought it was really cool. Plus it makes you focus on taking notes and I find that mine look a lot better.

Interesting! This might help me retain some more information the 1st time if I'm paying that much attention on notes. Either that or I'll write 1 sentence and miss a couple others.

If you want to have a few different Nibs, to go into your metro, you can buy a Pilot puimix and a couple pilot 78g pens and have multiple Nib sizes for the metro.

And thanks to some super sleuth detective work by Dave258, if you buy the 78g, you can just change the barrel, as the section and feed are exactly the same.
