Omega pure badger

I have seen a lot of info on the Omega boar brushes but has anyone used the Omega badger #13109? For $30 bucks the price seems right but want to see if anyone has any insight. Will be my first badger brush as I have only recently started shaving and have only used the VDH boar brush that comes in the kit.

And also, what are the different classes of badger hair? What would be appropriate for a newbie that wants to get some mileage out of a brush?

The general classes are:
Pure
Best
Silvertip

There are different sub-classes but those are the main 3.
I have a Omega silvertip badger #636..I <3 it. It's like rubbing a pillow against my face.
West Coast Shaving has them for like $45.

i have the omega 63167 pure badger which is similarly priced. i have only had it for a couple weeks, but it seems exceptionally well made and lathers very nicely.
