Not me, but that's a pretty nice looking handle. It looks a lot like a Parker Vacumatic in some respects.

Can't be 100% certain, but the slightly worn sticker and twist in the hairs look identical in the photos. I can't post a link to the current auction since that's against the rules, but you might want to check it out.
