I've been waiting a month for delivery of some Shulton OS Lime from India. It arrived today, smashed into a thousand pieces. The envelope (yes, a glass bottle was shipped in an envelope) smelled quite nice.

Yeah, I saw that after I had ordered it on eBay. It was one of those spur-of-the-moment purchases. Fairly dumb move.
At least you have a nice smelling envelope...just kidding, that really sucks!

if you ordered it from ebay,open up a dispute.It was poor packaging on the sellers part.I ordered a bottle of Proraso splash from Amazon that arrived in a bubble pack envelope shattered as well.Thankfully the seller sent me another one,along with a tube of Proraso shave cream for my troubles
