OK, after a number of cancellations due to weather conditions and other stuff, it's finally happening. Today I'm off to Ardennes Coticules to get me some new stones! Gonna have a quick shower and then hit the road, expecting to arrive around 13:30! Pictures will follow as well as the account of my meeting with Maurice.

Just got back, Maurice wasn't there. Luckily his trusted miner Gauthier was on hand to show me the merchandise!! Pics will follow of the 4 cotis and 3 slurry stones I picked up plus pictures of the store room..... Coticule heaven!

Well to be honest I spent a-bout (see what I just did?) 45 minutes there. Didnt get to see the workshop as such, had a peek through the window. Left home at 12:30 and was back 3 hours later - terrible weather, should have taken less!
